An area of expertise for Air Systems is developing comprehensive product and service solutions for industrial and automotive applications. This includes the engineering and design of small batch/Tier 1 paint and ventilation systems.
Air Systems focuses on developing our customer’s in-house paint systems that contribute to a safe and healthy work environment through innovative ventilation and paint process solutions. We work closely with our customers to understand their process goals, facility design, and budget requirements. We apply our experience, expertise, and comprehensive capabilities to deliver a system that integrates seamlessly with related processes and structures to enhance productivity and profitability.
Air Systems in-house design team collaborates with our customers to design paint systems, paint spray booths, cure ovens, part washers, and ventilation systems to meet specific customer requirements. This includes sheet metal and structural steel design and detailing using 3D CAD software.
While much of our work involves designing custom paint systems, we also apply our engineering capabilities to produce custom products such as dampers, flex connectors and humidifiers, which are typically used in our customer’s paint systems. Contact us to review your paint system requirements.
