Research and Development

CUSTOM SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR BUSINESS

In 2005, research and development was added to the Air Systems capabilities. Our research team analyzes each component during the development stage, ever curious about how to make it better, whether efficiency, reliability or cost-competitiveness is the motivation.

Although each project requires a different level of R&D, many customers ask our design department to evaluate an existing product to make improvement recommendations. Still others ask us to develop an entirely new component for a specific use.

Currently, we have patent pending applications submitted for specific industry products and are in the final development stages for new humidification technology.

Our ability to analyze components and make recommendations for their improvement is what guides the engineering design services department. Clients benefit from our finite-element analysis, engineering optimization and customized solutions to their repair/replacement project.

Our in-house design department is led by a senior design engineer with AutoCAD proficiency. Typical design requests include:
