Bart Tinsley
Bart Tinsley, Air Systems president is a 1986 mechanical engineering graduate of Purdue University. He began his career at General Motors as a maintenance supervisor before working for Letica Corporation as an automation engineer alongside Doug Roehl, where he designed food service packing equipment and worked as a field service engineer. Bart joined Air Systems in 1991 where he worked in inside and outside sales before partnering with Rob Schuele and Doug Roehl in 1998.

Doug Roehl
Doug Roehl, Air Systems vice president, began his engineering career at Indiana Tech where he earned a bachelor’s degree in automated manufacturing in 1988. Upon graduation, he joined Letica Corporation as an automation engineer and worked along side Bart Tinsley in food service packaging. In 1990, Doug moved to Ford Motor Company as a project manager in automation, working on windshield, backlight and headlamp programs. Doug joined Air Systems in 1994 and worked in inside and outside sales before partnering with Rob Schuele and Bart Tinsley in 1998.
